Every Ezzi strainer begins with high-precision tooling. CNC-guided moulds keep tolerances within fractions of a millimeter so plastic flow is always consistent.

Once the frame is formed, stainless-steel mesh is ultrasonically welded to prevent weak joints. Each strainer passes through an automated vision station that inspects for mesh alignment, rim smoothness, and handle polish.
